Tessier, Nick, 67, - Passed away peacefully Thursday, October 19, 2017 at LHSC University Hospital, London. Beloved husband and best friend of Joann. Loving father of Jason (Trish), Ireland, Jody (Angele), Timmins and Stephanie, London. Dear grandfather of Dustin, Chelsea, Allison and Nathan. Predeceased by his parents Moise and Berthe Tessier of Sudbury. Dear brother of Gaetan (Patricia), George (Paulette) of Elliot Lake, Suzanne McFarlane (Charlie) of London, and the late Gilbert, Rheal, Robert, Claire, Rachelle and Colette all predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Nick always had a passion for sports.  In his early years he coached minor hockey and played men’s baseball.  He was a devoted fan of the Montreal Canadiens. He will be remembered for his passion for life and his generous nature.  He loved the outdoors, music of any kind and being in the kitchen cooking.  Nick was a member of the Moose Lodge #1300 and was a past president of the Donnybrook Legion #513. A celebration of Nick’s life will be held at the Moose Lodge #1300 (Charterhouse Crescent, London) on Tuesday, October 24th at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
